A light came on in my mind when I glanced at a Rosemary Conley exercise video I'd
used before I was diagnosed."Hey, what if every women had a DVD, with all the best
exercises, along with instruction on how and when to do them…and some wonderfully
inspiring stories of survivors, too?..." I thought. So I got right to work. I got
in touch with the physiotherapists at The Royal Marsden Hospital in London, who had

but what comes through is the resilience of these women and their families. And it
makes you realise that you too can really live life to the full after breast cancer!
